Black Sheaffer 400 Mechanical Pencil

This mechanical pencil is made of celluloid with gold-filled metal parts and a military clip that can be attached to a thick pocket. Relatively small in size, it suits smaller hands. The writing instrument uses 0.9 mm lead and comes with 10 leads included. The lead is advanced by twisting the lower/upper section of the pen. A one-year warranty is provided, and it can be tested upon pickup.
